U.S Returns

Something not quite right? Not a problem. Simply visit our Return Center to start your return. We're happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Items marked final sale are indeed, final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*All products on our sale section are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or returned.

*Holiday Returns: Any orders placed between November 19th and December 31st may be returned anytime before January 31st.*

International Returns

As a team of moms, we know how hard shopping for maternity clothing can be, which is why we strive to offer a great shopping and return experience for all our customers. While our standard returns policy does not currently include international orders, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Therefore, we are pleased to offer an alternative solution for international returns. 

International Returns Process:
If you have made an international purchase and wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email at [ask@nomcollection.com] to inform us of your intent to return your international order. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Packaging: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Include all accessories, tags, and labels.
  • Return Shipping: Choose a reliable shipping method and arrange the return shipment to the following address: Fulfyld - 511 6th Street Madison, Alabama 35756 
  • Important: Ensure that you clearly indicate your order number and our return address on the package. This step is crucial for the efficient processing of your return.
  • Verification and Refund: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will promptly process your refund. We will notify you via email once the refund is initiated.

Return shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

    How much do returns cost?
    Exchanges and returns within the U.S. are 100% FREE

    How do I start a return?
    Go to our Return Center to start your return. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, your order number and shipping zip code. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, also sent to your email.

    Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise. Once we have received the return, we will issue a refund for the merchandise's price, inclusive of any applicable taxes, but excluding the shipping cost. Please be patient, as it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your statement. 

    Can I make an exchange?
    Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose a new color, size or a completely new item from our collection.

    How do I pack my order?
    Make sure that all original tags are still attached to your garments and include any original packaging with your return. Simply re-pack your items and send using the pre-paid label.

    Is an order slip required?
    Nope! We have all the information we need, so long as your returned product still has its original tags intact, and you use the shipping label we provide to you. 

    Where can I find my shipping label?
    Once you've processed your return through our Returns Center, you'll receive a link, as well as an email, to download your label.

    What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
    Sorry about that! After starting your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’ and proceed through the exchange. Your preferred item will ship to you right away!

    How long does it take to ship an exchange?
    Exchanges ship instantly! We ship your exchange as soon as you request it.

    What is an 'Instant Credit' and how do I use it?
    After you move through the steps on our Returns Center, you’ll receive a temporary credit equal to the value of the returns you’re sending back. You can use this credit to make a new purchase, and it ships right away. If you don’t use the credit, your original payment method will be refunded once we receive and process your return.

    How do I return or exchange a gift?
    Not your taste? Not to worry. Visit our Returns Center and click the “Returning a gift?” link below the email entry box. Enter the order number and your email (don’t worry, your gifter won’t be notified) to initiate the return.

    Free GIFT WITH PURCHASE:
    In the event of a return after receiving a complimentary item from us, your refund will be processed minus the value of the gifted item.

    Can I request a price adjustment if I purchased an item a few days ago and it is now on sale?

    We understand that life happens. Price adjustments can be considered on a case-by-case basis if the request is made within 7 days of the sale. Just a heads up, though – sales are usually considered final. This policy is all about keeping things fair and clear for everyone.

    NOM is not responsible for any lost return packages that did not make it to our warehouse. If we did not receive your return please contact the shipper to submit a claim.
