What size should I buy?

We know that sizing during pregnancy and postpartum can be very difficult. Our general rule is to order your pre-pregnancy size. If you’re not quite sure which size is right, refer to our size guide on the product page. If you have more questions, feel free to reach out and we'll help you find your fit.

What is nursing friendly and why do I need it?

We design *most* of our products to be functional throughout your pregnancy and during your nursing journey (whatever that may look like for you!) What does that mean? Products deemed 'nursing' offer discreet boob access whether that means hidden zippers or pull up access.

Who's behind NOM?

We're a team of moms working to make clothing that *actually* works during pregnancy and postpartum. Still curious? Find out more about us here.

Do you have any physical locations?

While we don't have a NOM store, we do carry NOM at our sister brand, Village Maternity, located in Seattle, WA.

Shipping / Delivery

What is your shipping policy and expected delivery times?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit, alter, or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to utilize our Online Return Portal to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

My package was lost/stolen. What do I do?

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

Please have in mind, we'll only consider claims made within 30 days of the stated/estimated delivery date.

Oh no! What if I received something that is damaged?

If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately by emailing at ask@nomcollection.com.

Exchanges / Returns

How do I make a return?

You can submit a return in our Online Return Portal.

What is your return policy?

You can return within 30 days from the fulfillment date.

Return Guidelines

  • The products must be returned in its original packaging with care tags and hang tags intact.
  • Returns must be sent back using the provided return label and the item(s) are required to match what is listed on the return packing slip. Do not combine returns.
  • Certain items are marked as final sale and not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, select items from sale and gifts with purchase).
  • Any item bought through a third party (for instance, at a sample sale or at another retailer/seller) is not returnable through NOM.
  • If the items are worn, washed, dyed, or altered in any way, the return will not qualify for a refund/exchange/credit.
  • If the items appear to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/saleable condition, this may result in a delayed refund/exchange process, or may not qualify for a refund/exchange/credit.
What about International returns?

We are happy to accept returns for products purchased on nommaternity.com that have not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

To start the return process, please use our Online Return Portal to receive a return label for your order.

Please note that the shipping costs, duties, and taxes paid at the time of the order will not be refunded.

Items returned without an authorized return label from our customer service team will not be accepted. Keep the return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.

E-Gift cards

NOM e-gift cards can be purchased directly on our site. Simply select the amount that you would like to purchase and add it to your cart. The e-gift card will be emailed to the email address entered at checkout. 

Do your e-gift cards expire? 

Our e-gift cards do not expire.

How do I redeem my e-gift card?

It's easy - add your favorites to your cart and enter your e-gift card code at checkout. Voilá!

How do I gift the e-gift card?

If you would like to gift the e-gift card, we suggest either forwarding the email that contains the e-gift card to the recipient, or printing the email and gifting it this way. If you would like the e-gift card to be sent directly to the recipient, please enter their email address at checkout.

Can I return my e-gift card? 

All gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.
